Since we operate on a strict schedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for all rescheduling and cancellations.

Groupon vouchers are only available for first time clients. Voucher numbers are required when booking your appointment and will be redeemed to secure the appointment spot.

• Once the voucher is redeemed, one can only reschedule the appointment once if the studio is given 24 hour+ notice.

All packages are valid for 12 months.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final price.
